An initial consultation, in person, over the phone or sometimes via email. This is to establish the general outline of the type of Facing Brick you are looking for. At this stage we are looking to ascertain, what type of structure is being built, site location, when the project is likely to start, estimates of quantities, any planning requirements or restrictions, any initial preferences towards brick types or manufacturers. All this information helps us ensure the brick package presented reflects your requirements.

Digital Images, case studies or physical brick samples are then provided across a range of manufacturers to refine the choice. These samples can either be hand delivered if it is felt further discussion is needed or if you’d prefer we can deliver samples directly to you, in most cases next day.

We offer a FREE site survey if you need help in establishing which particular bricks would “fit into� a specific location from an aesthetic or planning point of view, this can be of great assistance when new structures are to be built in established areas.

Further samples are then provided to finalise the selection process if required.

Our Help with the specification process doesn’t end there as due to the changing nature of the brick industry, with ranges being discontinued, brick types going on extended delivery, manufacturing plants being “mothballed� or closed, we continue to monitor the bricks we have specified to offer early warning should any of these issues have the potential to affect your project.

Once a brick is specified we then, through our relationship with contractors, developers and Builders throughout the country provide quotations to the various tendering parties.

Our involvement continues once a company is selected to build the structure when we more often than not we provide more samples, either in board form or a loose bricks so that site reference panels or further sample selection can take place on site.

Once an order is placed with us we then offer full site management ensuring that all of the hard work involved in specifying a specific brick type isn’t undone with poor service.
